I know, I’m currently obsessed with Pumpkin Recipes. Well, it’s pumpkin season, so let’s enjoy it! For today’s recipe, we are going to prepare an Apple and Pumpkin Oatmeal.
Super easy to prepare. Really takes less than 10 minutes. Very delicious because of all the spices, fruits, and coconut milk. And very nutritious due to the apple, banana, oats, spices, etc.

So for this time, before we jump into the recipe, let’s go over different ways you could implement oats into your diet.
Oats in Oatmeal (Porridge)
This is probably the most common one. Also because it is easy to prepare, convenient, and delicious. Let your oats cook overnight, so by the next morning you already have your breakfast ready. Add the yogurt of your choice, spices, fruits, chia seeds, everything you want. And by the next morning you have a DELICIOUS breakfast. Super filling, nutritious, and healthy.

Oats in Pancakes
Well, now that you have more ideas of how to incorporate oats into your diet, let’s start preparing our delicious Apple and Pumpkin Oatmeal!
Pumpkin and Apple Oatmeal
- Cooking Pot
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 apple chopped
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 TB brown sugar
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Place the water, then oats, spices (cinnamon, ground nutmeg, pumpkin spices), chia seeds, and apple. Mix well and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes while stirring.
- Once is ready, add the mashed banana, coconut milk, and sugar.
- Add your favorite toppings and ENJOY!
